King’s Landing
Originally filmed among the stone buildings of Mdina, Malta, King’s Landing—the largest and most important city in Westeros—was moved to Dubrovnik, Croatia, in season two. The real-life city, with its medieval fortress, red roofs, and winding streets, has become synonymous with the show.
