Located at the intersection of NYC’s SoHo and NoLiTa neighborhoods, Mindy Kaling's loft is the epitome of elevated. The pad is tucked away on the sixth floor of a coveted building best known for its signature glass facade designed by Richard Gluckman, one half of the AD100 firmGluckman Tang Architects. Kaling purchased the property about five years ago and remodeled it during her ownership. The updated loft is now for sale with an ask of $2.75 million—$350,000 less than the $3.1 million Kaling paid for it. The actor, writer, and producer bought the pad the same year she welcomed her daughter, Katherine, and in the years since she has also added a son, Spencer, to her family.
